Hongkong Sushi Heat Treatment Co., Ltd.has been processing experience in professional metal heat in Hongkong and China more than thirty years,and we had been investmented to set up professional heat treatment factories including Shajing Town Baoan District, Pinghu Town Longgang District and Humen town Dongguan City since 1993. In 2002, 17000㎡of the land requisition of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Park to built the first of 5000㎡industrial workshop,and Investmented to set up a professional metal heat treatment factory—Shanghai Mingjia Metal Technology Co., Ltd.We had been passed ISO9001:2000 of Management System Certification,TS16949:2009 and ISO14000 System Certification that had been started trial operation in October 2004.
We had been equipped a total of 12 sets with the German "IPSEN" being Controllable atmosphere multipurpose carburizing and quenching production line (including the main furnace,cleaning machine,tempering furnace,cryogenic tank),gas quenching furnace (900×600×600mm-500KG)of highVacuum and high pressure (10bar), Double chamber vacuum oil quenching air cooling furnace（900×600×600mm-500KG)and high vacuum tempering furnace.And Air circulating resistance furnace, low vacuum well-ype tempering, pre-vacuum pumping well-type nitriding furnace, hydrogen protection glow continuous furnace, roller type carburizing (carbonitriding) quenching mesh belt furnace, solid solution and aging heat treatment production line of vertical aluminum alloy,other special quality testing equipments including metallurgical structure analysis microscope, Rockwell hardness tester,micro Vickers hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester etc.With the complete scientific management, technology, operation method and suitable price, our overall heat treatment quality is better than other general companies.
